I created this Supernote planner PDF template to help solve a few issues with my other larger planner. One of those being the other planner template I created was 500 pages long and was hyperlinked and took way too long to create. With this new planner you no longer need to recreate this each year, just continue to add new pages when you need them.
How to Download and Install
To download and install this follow these instructions:
Download Planner Template.PDF
Add the Planner Template.PDF to your MyStyle section on the Supernote
In Documents add a new folder
Within the folder add a new note
Set the page template to one of the pages in the Planner Template.PDF
Repeat for each of the different notes you want
Then set up a sticker to link each of the different notes
In this planner PDF template pack there are 8 different planner sheets. I suggest downloading the pack into the MyStyle section that way you can use each page as a notebook. There are 2 different options for monthly calendar and inbox. I have this set up as 6 different notes: Inbox, Notes, Calendar, Review, Actions, and Daily Page.
In the bubble on the top of the page I used the Supernote stickers as links to the different notes. I used the lasso to copy the links then just pasted them on the new page. I agree this is a bit of manual labor to do on each page, however this is a far easier option than setting up a 500+ page planner document for each year. The way I have this set up, provided you don't want to adjust any of the template pages, you can just continue to use from year to year.
Inbox
The inbox is designed to be a brain dump, a sort of catch all. I have 2 options for this page as I know everyone has different ideas as to what an inbox should do. I personally use the one with the bubbles. I use the bubbles for tasks, projects, or action items. The lines at the bottom are for stream of consciousness writing. You just want to get all of the ideas out of our head and on the sheet. Then later you can parse through this information and put it in the correct place.
Notes
The notes page is next. This is simply a place to take notes. I personally use this for taking podcast notes, meeting notes, and book notes. I use the header function in Supernote to quickly note what type of note this will be. This feature makes it super handy to find the notes for later reading.
Monthly Planner
The monthly planner page is where I manually enter key dates into my calendar. This again has 2 options, I started with the one with the bubble at the bottom but then moved to the larger calendar. I find the larger calendar easier to use and add items too. Yes I use Google Calendar as my main calendar, but I find something special happens when I move those key dates from my digital calendar to a manual calendar. This process is great at helping those key items stand out. I usually only move over the important dates, birthdays, vacations, or other big events. The boxes are small enough that you can only fit a few things in them, this is a feature, not a flaw. From time to time I even use this page to quickly add events to my calendar that I later add to my Google Calendar.
Daily Page
This is where I take my daily journal notes. I like to track key moments from the day. Things that really stood out, for good, or bad. I also have a section for tasks here and a section for daily gratitude. I have found that keeping track of things I am grateful for through out my day really helps to keep me in the right frame of mind. I know it seems simple, and maybe cliche, but it does really work.
Actions
This funny looking bubble page is how I track and work on my tasks and projects. I try to keep each bubble for only 1 action item at a time. If it is a project then I use the column where the main idea for the project is in the top bubble then the action items are below.
Review
I do a weekly review as well as a monthly review. These are the key items I want to track as I review each week and month. The beauty of this set up is at the end of the month it is super easy to look back at the weekly reviews to get an idea of any items I have forgotten for the monthly review. The header function is a game changer her too, you just set each month as a header that way you can look back at each month to review your entire year.
I hope you find this Supernote planner PDF set up as helpful and easy to use as I have.

Lately, I’ve been questioning the idea that “you are not your thoughts.” In today’s video, I dive into the three layers of our mind: the conscious mind (the always-active thinker), the subconscious mind (where our habits, beliefs, and automatic responses reside), and introduce the self-mind—the true observer that sits between the two.
In This Video, You’ll Learn:
• How the conscious mind continuously analyzes and reacts, often without our full control.
• The role of the subconscious in shaping our habits, beliefs, and basic programming.
• What I call the self-mind—the inner observer that decides which thoughts truly define us.
• How understanding these layers can empower you to reclaim control over your identity.
• A challenge to question your thoughts and choose who you want to be.
