The good example is often the one who puts us in our place. It is easy to see how that can be an annoyance, we never want to hear how, or where we fall short.

Strive to be the one who is the good example. Doing this will help to set your aim high and help to avoid this annoyance. With this, understand someone is always going to better, faster, stronger, or smarter than you at something.
